Vinatech Co., Ltd., a leading carbon company in Jeonbuk, held a groundbreaking ceremony on the 18th to manufacture hydrogen fuel cells and capacitors.

Governor of Jeollabuk-do Province Song Ha-jin, Governor of Wanju Park Sung-il, Representative Kim Sung-joo, Chairman of the Wanju County Council Kim Jae-cheon, and Representative Yang Se-hoon attended and shone.

Vinatech Co., Ltd. plans to start construction of a factory on the 55,741 square meters (about 16,000 pyeong) site of the second general industrial complex in Wanju Techno Valley and invest 86 billion won to create 600 new jobs by 2024.

The second plant in Wanju, which will start construction this time, will be built after the first plant in Jeonju, and will expand not only capacitors but also hydrogen fuel cells produced at the plant in Jeonju.

Capacitors are parts that charge (electricity), and Vinatech Co., Ltd. is developing and producing super capacitors with energy storage capacity more than 1 million times that of ordinary capacitors.
