The VET Series Ultracapacitors provideย a range of Capacitance from 3.3farads to 15farads at 2.7v and also 2 series ultracapacitor modules and custom design modulesย will be launched imminently. Ultracapacitor samples are now available and Mass Productions starts from the second quarter of 2020.
โป Hy-Cap NEO VET Ultracapacitors
Until recently, managing high temperatures was handled by de-rating actual working voltage of standard + 65โ ultracapacitor types, however, the new VET series of Ultracapacitor uses VINATech Anti Wetting technologies to enable a robust lifetime at 85โ of 1000hours in 85% relative humidity at a full 2.7v dc working voltage. The new VET ultracapacitor series also boasts significant Leakage Current improvements, ESR stability over time and Capacitance performance when compared to other de-rated 85โ types on the market to date. The expected lifetime of 500,000 full charge and discharge cycles can be expected.

Humidity challenges will also be handled as the VET series of Ultracapacitor utilises benefits from the Anti Wetting technology and can withstand higher than average humidity levels.
VINATech established in 1999 has developed and produced Ultracapacitor and Fuel Cell Membrane Electrode Assembly, and is equipped with smart factory based production facilities with the highest level of automation in order to ensure the highest quality level.
